35 delegates coming from Hanoi and some provinces in the North and the Centre of the country took part in the seminar. They are CEFE teachers, caders of promotional and advisory centres, cooperative alliances of provinces...

In the seminar, representatives of BPSC's advisory group presented the report on Actual situation and assessment of enterprises' training needs in social responsibility. The report also puts forward promotional solutions to solve the problem within the scope of the project financed by DED.

The managing group introduced the textbook of making trade plan and CSR, and then the delegates disscusedthe subjects of the textbook in groups:

- Group: Exercises of making postcards and analysing, settling.

- Group: Marketing plan and overview of CSR.

- Group: Production plan (depreciation of fixed assets) and non - product operation (NPO) and 4 lists of comparation, personnel management and 3 lists of comparation.

- Group: Financal plan.

- Group: Support means as Johari window; SWOT analysis, macroscopic and microscopic selection.

The groups discussed and contributed many ideas to the contents, shared the experiences with teachers those had tested the textbook.

The seminar unified the contents of the textbook of making trade plan and CSR. In the coming time, BPSC will organize courses of this subject in different localities in order to construct, consolidate, develop local cooperatives, local small and medium sized enterprises, to improve people's knowledge step by step, spontaneously contribute to the development of community and local steady economy development.
